# YounndAI

## Definition

**YounndAI** ("yoon-dye" — "You and AI, unified") is a brand, philosophy, and trademark **owned by [Alex Mares](../../entity.md)**. It is the production-form Organization Entity through which Alex's intellectual program — language-shaped systems for human-machine cognition — is implemented as products and tooling.

YounndAI's products (each its own Product Entity under the YounndAI Organization):

- **YON** — notation for AI cognition
- **SHIN / ZEN / KEN** — the compiler / runtime / witness stack for YON
- **SYL** — production implementation of Alex's Textual Kinematics research
- **SAI Academy** — ability marketplace for synthetic intelligences

## Hierarchy clarification

YounndAI is **not** the parent of Alex's intellectual work. Alex is the author Entity at the core; YounndAI is a sibling Organization Entity Alex owns. Specifically:

- **Alex's work** (papers, frameworks, research, coined terms — including [[../../entity|EGGF]], [[textual-kinematics|Textual Kinematics]], [[elastic-automators|Elastic Automators]], etc.) belongs to Alex. It lives at allemaar.com.
- **YounndAI's products** (YON, SHIN/ZEN/KEN, SYL, SAI Academy) belong to YounndAI. They live under younndai.com (or product-specific domains).
- Some YounndAI products **implement** Alex's work (e.g. SYL implements TK). The implementation belongs to YounndAI; the underlying intellectual work belongs to Alex.

## Why it matters
